How long does it take to receive my products?

Product time frames will differ depending on the type of product/s ordered. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm lead times and availability.

How much does delivery cost?

Online orders containing Taps and Bathroom Accessories only will attract a delivery charge of $25 inc. GST.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

We like to ensure that you are getting a bathroom or kitchen better than imagined, so we like to keep your products safe and secure. When you purchase a product from our online store, we will record your details against both your delivery docket and your tax invoice. Full payment for you order must be received before delivery of your goods. The lead time for delivery of your online goods will vary depending on what you have ordered.

Once you have placed your order online, we will be in contact with you to confirm your delivery and offer you product lead times so you know when it will be arriving. We will deliver only to the ground floor of any Australian address and we will not deliver to PO Boxes or international addresses. Our deliveries are conducted by our expert and friendly branch staff and delivery drivers.

Ideally, the person who has made the online order on the online store will need to be present in order to receive any goods delivered however you can opt for a nominated representative instead to receive your delivery. This is to ensure that only the intended recipient receives the goods that you have ordered. In order to sign for your delivery, you may need to present photo identification to the delivery personnel.

If you or your authorised representative are not present to sign for your delivery then the delivery will not be completed and you will need to rearrange delivery or pickup from the original store location.
