What is the warranty of my product?

Different warranty periods apply to different types of products. The majority of products that have been sourced or manufactured just for Reece, enjoy a minimum 7 year product replacement warranty for domestic use, with a one year warranty for spare parts and labour.

Many of our bathroom products are covered by a 10, 15, 25, 30 year product replacement warranty for domestic use, with a one year warranty for spare parts and labour. Some even enjoy lifetime warranties. All Reece bathroom & kitchen products purchased from May 2011, will be covered by the Reece Product Quality Guarantee program.

It is a condition of our warranties that the products are installed by a licensed plumber.

What is the Product Quality Guarantee?

All Reece-exclusive bathroom & kitchen products purchased from May 2011, will be covered by the Reece Product Quality Guarantee program. We take a total approach to quality and support that involves independent product testing, extended warranty cover and our after sales Customer Care.

What if there is a problem with the goods I have received?

If you are not happy with the condition of the products provided, please contact us for assistance.

Depending on the type of product and the nature of your query, we will be able to provide you with direct support or will arrange for the relevant manufacturer to attend to your request.

What if I change my mind?

We will happily consider taking back goods that are not required and giving you a refund. Any goods that are custom made or custom cut are non-returnable, as our suppliers will not take them back. So, please choose carefully.

Goods being returned will need to be in a saleable condition, packed in the original packaging. Once an order has been placed and we have received the goods, a manufacturer’s handling charge may be applicable if changes are made to the order.
